From one Barrie storefront selling bottled water and treatment products to a network of locally owned stores across Ontario.
How we started
Water Depot opened its first store in 1989 with a simple idea: help local families get the best possible water. Demand grew quickly across the Barrie area, and today there are close to 40 Water Depot stores across Ontario, each run by an owner who lives in the community.
Trained, accredited people
Our Franchise Support Team includes accredited, trained water operators. Store owners and staff take government-approved training courses, product knowledge seminars and annual training sessions, so the advice you get is based on real water chemistry, not a sales script.

Water Depot is a member of the Canadian Water Quality Association (CWQA) and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB).
