Water softener package
Equipment inspection and leak check. Operation and programming assessment. Spacer stack, injector and valve cleaning. Operational water test to confirm your water is soft.
UV system package
Equipment inspection and leak check. Quartz sleeve cleaning. Annual UV bulb replacement. Filter replacement so the light can do its job.
Iron filtration package
Equipment inspection and leak check. Operation and programming assessment. Spacer stack, injector and valve cleaning. Operational water test for iron, manganese and sulphur.
Reverse osmosis package
Equipment inspection and leak check. Annual filter replacement. Filter housing cleaning. Operational water test to confirm purification performance.
Why yearly maintenance matters
- Softeners: most need little care, but depending on your water chemistry, valves and injectors can build up and reduce performance over time.
- UV systems: UV bulbs lose strength before they burn out, and a dirty quartz sleeve blocks light. Annual bulb and filter changes keep disinfection reliable.
- Iron filters: air injection systems and filter media need regular cleaning to keep removing iron, manganese and sulphur odour.
- Reverse osmosis: pre- and post-filters protect the membrane and should be changed every year.
