Prices and promotions shown are subject to change and availability. A booking or quote request is not a contract until we confirm it.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
- Program: Water Depot Alerts.
- What we send: if you opt in, Water Depot will text you about your water test, quote, appointment, installation, service and salt or filter reminders. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may also send offers and news.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final confirmation message.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@waterdepotinc.com or 705-735-6642.
- Consent: texting consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Automated messages: some messages may be sent by an automated assistant.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information: we do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Phone Calls, Automated and AI Voice Assistants
- When we call: if you give us your phone number and agree, Water Depot or your local store may call you about your request, water test, appointment, installation or service.
- Automated and AI calls: some calls may be placed or answered by an automated or artificial intelligence (AI) voice assistant, or use prerecorded messages. The assistant will identify itself as automated at the start of the call.
- Recording: calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record keeping. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is recorded.
- Talking to a person: you can ask to speak with a person at any time during an automated call.
- Stopping calls: say "stop calling" or "do not call" on any call, reply STOP to a text, or contact us. We will add you to our internal do-not-call list promptly. We respect the National Do Not Call List for telemarketing calls.
- Consent: agreeing to calls is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Email Marketing (CASL)
We only send commercial email with your express or implied consent, as allowed by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email identifies Water Depot, includes our mailing address and contact details, and has a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.
Products, installation and warranty
Product availability, pricing, installation and warranty terms are confirmed by your local store in writing at the time of purchase. Water test results are a guide based on the sample provided and are not a laboratory certification of potability. For health-related concerns about well water, we recommend a certified laboratory test as well.
Franchise network
Many stores are independently owned and operated franchises. Each store is responsible for the products and services it sells and installs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
We will post any changes to these terms on this page with a new date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
